DIRECTIONS TO OUR CNA OFFICE LOCATIONS

Directions to the St. David’s office (3000 N. IH-35, Suite 635):

From Northeast Austin:

Take I-35 south, using the lower deck (the second lane from the left) to the exit for 32nd Street.  From the 32nd Street exit, stay on the frontage road to the stoplight.  Drive straight through the stoplight and take a right onto 30th Street.  Pull into Garage 2 (P2) and take the elevators to level 6.  Exit heading to the right from those elevators.  We are in Suite 635 on the 6th floor.

From Southeast Austin:

Take I-35 north, using the lower deck (the second lane from the left) to the exit for 32nd Street.  From the 32nd Street exit, stay on the frontage road to the stoplight.  Turn left at the stoplight, take the left turn to briefly go on the southbound frontage road, and take a right onto 30th Street.  Pull into Garage 2 (P2) and take the elevators to level 6.  Exit heading to the right from those elevators.  We are in Suite 635 on the 6th floor.

From Northwest Austin:

Take 183 south to I-35 south.  Take I-35 south, using the lower deck (the second lane from the left) to the exit for 32nd Street.  From the 32nd Street exit, stay on the frontage road to the stoplight.  Drive straight through the stoplight and take a right onto 30th Street.  Pull into Garage 2 (P2) and take the elevators to level 6.  Exit heading to the right from those elevators.  We are in Suite 635 on the 6th floor.

From Southwest Austin:

From far west Austin (2222 and 360 or 620 area, Steiner Ranch, Lake Travis, etc.):

Come to 360 north, then take 183 south to I-35 south.  Take I-35 south, using the lower deck (the second lane from the left) to the exit for 32nd Street.  From the 32nd Street exit, stay on the frontage road to the stoplight.  Drive straight through the stoplight and take a right onto 30th Street.  Pull into Garage 2 (P2) and take the elevators to level 6.  Exit heading to the right from those elevators.  We are in Suite 635 on the 6th floor.

Directions to the North (Duval) office (4100 Duval Road, Building IV, Suite 102):

From Northeast Austin:

Take Loop 1 / Mopac and exit Duval.  Take a left on Duval and drive about 1 mile.  Our office is in the buildings on the last right before the railroad tracks.  Pull into this parking area.  Our office is in building 4, which is the first building on the left that you see after pulling in.  Go in the front doors and head straight.  Our office is on the first floor at the end of the hall in Suite 102.

From Northwest Austin:

Directions to our South Austin office (4207 James Casey, Suite 306):

From Northeast Austin:

Take I-35 South and Exit on Highway 290 and 71 (Ben White Blvd).  Take the 1st Street exit.  Turn left on 1st Street, then right on Radam.  The building is at the second driveway on the left.  We are in Suite 306 in Dr. Harden’s office.

From Southeast Austin:

Take I-35 North and Exit on Highway 290 and 71 going west.  Take the 1st Street exit.  Turn left on 1st Street, then right on Radam.  The building is at the second driveway on the left.  We are in Suite 306 in Dr. Harden’s office.

From Northwest Austin:

Head south on Loop 1 / Mopac and exit at highway 360 east.  Highway 360 becomes Highway 290 and Highway 71 (Ben White Blvd).  Exit on Manchaca Road.  Stay on the frontage road through Manchaca and Bannister Roads.  Turn right on James Casey Blvd.  Drive through the 4 way stop sign and take the first driveway on the left.  We are in Suite 306 in Dr. Harden’s office.

From Southwest Austin:

Head north on Loop 1 / Mopac and exit at highway 360 east (the exit is a left exit off of Mopac).  Highway 360 becomes Highway 290 and Highway 71 (Ben White Blvd).  Exit on Manchaca Road.  Stay on the frontage road through Manchaca and Bannister Roads.  Turn right on James Casey Blvd.  Drive through the 4 way stop sign and take the first driveway on the left.  We are in Suite 306 in Dr. Harden’s office.

Directions to our Round Rock office (16010 Park Valley Drive, Ste. 100):

From downtown Round Rock (highway 620 and I-35):

Head west on highway 620 for 2 miles.  Turn right on Wyoming Springs Road, where you see the Walgreen’s.  Turn right at the first 4 way stop sign.  We are on the left in the first green-roof building.  Look for the signs that say “Satellite Dialysis.”

From Austin:

Head north on I-35 and exit at 620.  Turn left on highway 620 for 2 miles.  Turn right on Wyoming Springs Road, where you see the Walgreen’s.  Turn right at the first 4 way stop sign.  We are on the left in the first green-roof building.  Look for the signs that say “Satellite Dialysis.”

From Georgetown:

Head south on I-35 and exit at 620.  Turn right on highway 620 for 2 miles.  Turn right on Wyoming Springs Road, where you see the Walgreen’s.  Turn right at the first 4 way stop sign.  We are on the left in the first green-roof building.  Look for the signs that say “Satellite Dialysis.”

From Cedar Park (183 and 620):

Head east on Highway 620 towards Round Rock.  Do not enter the new Highway 45 toll road.  You will see an HEB grocery store at O’Connor Drive on your left.  There is a Walgreen’s Pharmacy and a stoplight just beyond the HEB at the intersection of Highway 620 and Wyoming Springs Road.  Turn left at that light and travel one block to a stop sign.  Turn right at that stop sign.  We are on the left in the first green-roof building.  Look for the signs that say “Satellite Dialysis.”

Directions to our Georgetown office (3201 South Austin Ave, Suite 325):

From Austin or Round Rock:

Head north on I-35 and follow to I-35 BL/South Austin Ave.  Located in Austin Avenue Medical Plaza.

From Cedar Park:

Take 1431 east to I-35 north.  Follow I-35 north to I-35 BL/South Austin Ave.  Located in Austin Avenue Medical Plaza.

From Leander:

Take 2243 east to Georgetown.  Turn right onto South Austin Ave.  Located in Austin Avenue Medical Plaza.

Directions to our Kyle office (5103 Kyle Center Dr, Suite 104):

From Austin:

Head south on I-35.  After you see the Buda city limits sign- get into your far right lane because your exit will be coming up.  Take exit 215 (FM 1626/Kyle Parkway) and get all the way over in the right lane to turn right onto Kyle Center Dr.  After passing the second set of traffic lights, take the first left into the same shopping center as Kohl’s/Target.  Take the first right then another right and it is on your left.  Above the building it says “Seton Family of Doctors at Hayes”.  Go to Suite 104.  (East of Jack in the Box & it faces I-35)  If you pass Jack in the Box you went too far. 

From San Marcos:

Head north on I-35 and take exit 215 (FM 1626/Kyle Parkway).  At the first light, turn left onto Kyle Center Dr. After passing the light at the frontage road, take the second left into the same shopping center as Kohl’s/Target.  Take the first right then another right and it is on your left.  Above the building it says “Seton Family of Doctors at Hayes”.  Go to Suite 104.  (East of Jack in the Box & it faces I-35)  If you pass Jack in the Box you went too far. 

From Luling/Lockhart:

Take FM 2720.  Turn left onto TX-21/Camino Real Rd.  Turn right onto E FM 150/RR150.  Turn right onto I-35 N.  Take right exit towards exit 215 (FM 1626/Kyle Parkway).  At the first light, turn left onto Kyle Center Dr.   After passing the second set of traffic lights, take the first left into the same shopping center as Kohl’s/Target.  Take the first right then another right and it is on your left.  Above the building it says “Seton Family of Doctors at Hayes”.  Go to Suite 104.  (East of Jack in the Box & it faces I-35)  If you pass Jack in the Box you went too far. 

Directions to our Bastrop office (441 Hwy 71, Suite H):

From South Austin:

Take 71 E.  Take exit TX-304 S.  Make a U-turn at TX-150 Loop onto Hwy 71 W.  Clinic will be on your right next to the Tractor Supply store.

From North Austin/Cedar Park:

Take 183 south.  Merge onto 71 E.  Take exit TX-304 S.  Make a U-turn at TX-150 Loop onto Hwy 71 W.  Clinic will be on your right next to the Tractor Supply store.

Directions to our Lockhart office (1009 W San Antonio St):

From Luling:

Take US-183 N.  Turn left onto SH-142/E San Antonio St.  After passing all the shops in downtown E San Antonio St, turn right into the St David’s Professional Parking Lot A.  Our clinic is inside Lockhart Family Medicine practice (Dr. Romanek) effective 11/01/10.

From South Austin:

Take 71 E toward Bastrop.  Merge onto US-183 South.  Turn right onto SH-142/E San Antonio St.  After passing all the shops in downtown E San Antonio St, turn right into the St David’s Professional Parking Lot A.  Our clinic is inside Lockhart Family Medicine practice (Dr. Romanek) effective 11/01/10.

From North Austin/Cedar Park:
